Courtney is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group and a member of the firm's Appellate, Constitutional, and Administrative Law team. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Courtney served as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel A. Bress and interned for the Honorable Richard J. Leon.
Courtney earned her JD magna cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Food & Drug Law Journal.
