Bio

Colby Jenkins focuses his practice on a wide range of investment management matters with both sponsor- and LP-representations. He has extensive experience with the regulatory and contractual elements of closed-end, open-end, and hybrid private fund structures, including hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, access funds, funds-of-funds, co-investment and continuation vehicles, and separately managed accounts. He regularly counsels domestic and foreign clients on U.S. federal and state investment adviser regulatory considerations.

He represents established and emerging fund sponsors and institutional, family office, and individual investors focused on a wide variety of investment sectors, ranging from traditional private equity investments to public market investments to investments in emerging alternative asset classes.
