Clay Beavin is an associate in the Houston office of King & Spalding and a member of the Corporate practice group. Clay's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, private equity funds, and strategic corporate investors in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
