The American Lawyer Gives King & Spalding Global Finance Deal of the Year Award
Coordinated the on-site collection of hard copy and electronic documents with client IT departments and outside vendors.
Trained and supervised document review teams (up to 60 attorneys) in both pharmaceutical and automotive products liability litigation, as well as supervised review activities to assure compliance with concurrent production deadlines in multiple proceedings throughout the country.
Assisted in coordinating and managing all aspects of discovery in defense of several manufacturers in nationwide products liability litigation, including developing document collection scope statements, drafting document retention analyses, collecting hard copy and electronic documents, reviewing documents for responsiveness, privilege and confidentiality, producing responsive documents, and providing “defensive needs” support to merits counsel.
