Tony Rothermel specializes in merger and acquisition transactions across a number of industries, including a focus on real estate private equity and investment management transactions. A partner in our Financial Institutions and Real Estate practices, Tony represents clients in connection with a variety of strategic transactions, capital formation and governance matters.

Tony brings broad experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, funds formation transactions, spin-offs and restructurings, strategic joint ventures, infrastructure projects and general corporate matters.

He has also represented underwriters and insurers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, and has advised companies on Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, corporate governance and disclosures.
