Tony Rothermel specializes in merger and acquisition transactions across a number of industries, including a focus on real estate private equity and investment management transactions. A partner in our Financial Institutions and Real Estate practices, Tony represents clients in connection with a variety of strategic transactions, capital formation and governance matters. He has been with the firm for over twenty-five years.
Tony brings broad experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs and restructurings, strategic joint ventures, and other special situations.
Tony also has extensive experience in advising boards and the C-suite for public and private companies on governance issues, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and disclosure requirements, activism and other corporate and securities matters.
