Allison Bell has experience with numerous capital markets transactions and corporate governance matters. Her capital markets practice focuses on the representation of domestic and foreign corporations and private equity firms, as issuers, or sponsors, in connection with initial and secondary public offerings and private placements of securities.
Allison received her Bachelor of Arts from Boston College and received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. While at Brooklyn Law School, Allison acted as Executive Articles editor of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law.
