People

Allie Bennett is an associate in the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in the Atlanta office.  Her practice focuses on defending manufacturers in high-stakes product liability litigation, specifically in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.  She has worked on matters at all stages of litigation, from discovery through trial.  She is a skilled writer, with a particular emphasis on Daubert motions and dispositive motions.  Allie is a member of the science team and specializes in distilling complicated scientific concepts into digestible and persuasive legal arguments.  She also frequently works with company witnesses to prepare them to testify at deposition and trial.

Allie graduated from Georgia State University College of Law, summa cum laude, where she was a member of Law Review and the Student Trial Lawyers Association.  She was also elected to the Order of the Coif.  While in law school, Allie externed for Judge Timothy C. Batten, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and Judge Jane Barwick of the Superior Court of Fulton County.
