Update on the USMCA Energy Complaint and Outlook

Pursuant to the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), the United States has taken initial steps, by requesting consultations with Mexico, to address Mexican energy practices. This bilateral proceeding will have broad implications for energy investors and their operations.

Please join us for an invitation-only discussion of the treaty framework, the likely USMCA action, and other issues concerning the trade in energy and energy-related services between Mexico and the United States. Trade and Energy experts from AGON and King & Spalding, including those who led the USMCA treaty negotiations for the U.S. and Mexico will provide their insights.
