At the end of June, the U.S. Supreme Court will issue its decision in the King v. Burwell case challenging the availability of Affordable Care Act subsidies for private insurance in a majority of the States. On Wednesday, July 8, 2015, we will be hosting an Atlanta-based Roundtable. We will discuss the decision, the political fallout, and its impact on healthcare providers, life sciences companies and consumers.
We are also offering a Webinar option for the Roundtable.
This Roundtable will be presented by a panel of King & Spalding lawyers from our health care practice, our national appellate litigation team and our government advocacy and public policy practice. The panel will include:
- Thomas H. Hawk, III

- Allison F. Kassir
The Roundtable will include the following topics:
- Background on the language of the Affordable Care Act and premium subsidies
