Sean Royall to Speak at the University of Chicago Law School

Sean Royall spoke by invitation at the University of Chicago Law School on April 16.  The title of his talk was “The Surprisingly Interesting and Dramatic Story of a Real-Life Patent/Antitrust Dispute,” and involved discussion of K&S’s successful jury trial win for Graco in Graco Inc. v. Carlisle Const. Materials LLC (D. Del. 2024), and a related article co-authored by Sean and Ross Elfand, Walker Process:  A Modern Assessment of an Antitrust Classic (ABA Antitrust, Spring 2025).
