Please join King & Spalding and our guest speakers from the investment banking and private equity communities to discuss current trends affecting energy capital markets, including potential tax and regulatory reforms advocated by the new Trump Administration. Our afternoon program will feature the following segments:

  • Keynote Speaker: Tom Spulak, Head of King & Spalding's Government Advocacy Practice, will explain "what we know" about the changes taking shape in Washington that could impact energy capital markets (e.g., carried interest reform, DoddFrank) and which industry groups are influencing them.

  • Private Equity Fundraising in the Energy & Infrastructure Space: A panel discussion on the fundraising market from the perspective of the placement agent, the private equity sponsor and an institutional investor.
