King & Spalding Advises Private Company on Sale of Nine-Hotel Portfolio in France and Belgium


PARIS, June 9, 2016 King & Spalding advised a family-owned, private company on the sale of a portfolio of nine high-end hotels in France and Belgium to FDM Management.

The hotel portfolio encompasses 650 rooms and includes French hotels l’Hermitage Gantois and Le Couvent des Minimes in Lille, and the Bourgtheroulde hotel in Rouen.

The Paris-based King & Spalding team on this transaction was led by partner Benoit Marcilhacy, counsel Blandine Hugon-Pagès and associate Maxime Savonitto on the corporate and real estate aspects and partner Aurelia Viry on the tax issues.
