backPARIS, Oct. 8, 2015 — A Paris-based King & Spalding team represented real estate investment and services company PATRIZIA France on its acquisition of the “Bastide” residential portfolio of 971 residential and six retail units from CBRE Global Investors. The Bastide portfolio comprises 60,000 square meters of property, located primarily in the Greater Paris (Ile-de-France), Rhône-Alpes and Provence regions of France. The transaction, announced Oct. 1, was financed by Société Générale, acting as arranger and initial lender.
