ATLANTA, June 26, 2015 — King & Spalding advised Carmike Cinemas, Inc., one of the nation's largest motion picture exhibitors, on the issuance of $230 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.00 percent senior secured notes that are due 2023, as well as a $50 million new senior secured revolving credit facility. Both transactions closed June 17.
