backNEW YORK, January 27, 2026 – King & Spalding announced today that antitrust lawyer Joshua Hazan has joined the firm’s Business Litigation practice group as a partner. He is based in New York.
Hazan’s practice focuses on antitrust litigation and investigations by the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, as well as advice to clients in obtaining antitrust approvals for challenging transactions both domestically and internationally. Hazan represents clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, healthcare, energy, real estate, aerospace and defense, industrial manufacturing, and waste disposal.

Hazan joins King & Spalding from Simpson Thacher. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was elected to Order of the Coif. He received his M.P.P. and B.A. from the University of Michigan.
