J.C. Boggs to Speak on Critical Minerals at the Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum

Boggs will be speaking on Energy Security and Critical Minerals at the 29th Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum on May 22-23.  The event is hosted by Spanish Senate President Pedro Rollan Ojeda and will be held at the Palacio del Senado in Madrid, Spain.  The Parliamentary Intelligence-Security Forum is the leading international security forum providing expertise and collaboration among lawmakers and elected officials to increase the United States’ allies understanding of security, technology and public policy issues.
