Javier Rubinstein to Speak at Pillar Two & International Investment Law Program

Chicago International Arbitration partner Javier Rubinstein will speak at the Pillar Two & International Investment Law program on May 31 from 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM EDT in Washington, D.C. Javier will participate in an exploratory discussion on Pillar Two and ISDS.
