Geoffrey Drake to Speak at the DRI 2025 Product Liability Conference

Product Liability & Mass Torts partner Geoffrey Drake will be a featured speaker at the DRI 2025 Product Liability Conference on February 19^th in Miami, Florida. Geoffrey will participate in a panel discussion on Mass Torts and Class Actions focused on social media and video game addiction class actions and the complex legal issues raised by these cases. The panel includes in-house counsel from client Activision Blizzard, which K&S represents in litigation alleging a variety of personal injuries and psychiatric harms arising from addiction to playing video games.
