Four King & Spalding Partners Receive “Client Choice Awards” for Exemplary Client Service


LONDON, Feb. 10, 2017 — Lexology and International Law Office (ILO) have recognized four King & Spalding partners with 2017 Client Choice Awards for “the excellent client care they provide and the quality of their service.”

Lexology and ILO selected the award recipients from 2,500 nominations made by corporate counsel. Awardees demonstrated “ability to add real value to clients’ businesses above and beyond the other players in the market.”

The King & Spalding recipients of the 2017 Client Choice awards are:

  • Scott Greer – Texas: Construction

Greer leads the firm’s worldwide construction transactional practice. He represents some of the world’s largest organizations in their global construction projects, regularly exceeding $100 million to over $20 billion in value. He has represented clients in over two dozen countries.

  • Emerson Holmes – Singapore: Construction

Holmes represents and advises global clients on construction and engineering disputes in the infrastructure and oil and gas sectors. He acts for employers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants on a wide range of disputed infrastructure projects throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

  • Tracie Renfroe – Texas: Environment & Climate Change

Renfroe is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on toxic tort, environmental, product liability, and commercial disputes. For the last 30 years, she has represented clients in the energy and manufacturing sectors in civil jury trials, international arbitrations, and as national coordinating counsel.

  • John Savage – Singapore: Arbitration & ADR

Savage, who is now based in London, has 25 years’ experience representing governments, corporations and high-net-worth individuals in over 180 international arbitrations. These include many corporate, construction, energy and investment treaty disputes, with an emphasis on the oil & gas, mining and power sectors.
