The list recognizes “top advisors who provide advice and counsel concerning foreign investment and national security in the U.S. and abroad.” according to the publication.
Ludvigson is a member in the firm’s International Trade Group, where he advises clients on national security risks related to foreign direct investment. He has held senior roles within the U.S. Departments of Treasury and Homeland Security and draws on his extensive experience to guide clients in resolving a variety of matters, including those related to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and the Committee for the Assessment of Foreign Participation in the United States Telecommunications Services Sector, otherwise known as “Team Telecom.”
