Crain’s Chicago Business Names Rachael Trummel to its 2022 Notable Women in Law List


CHICAGO, Sept. 6, 2022 — Crain’s Chicago Business has named King & Spalding partner Rachael Trummel as one of Chicago’s Notable Women in Law for 2022.

In its profile of Trummel, Crain’s noted her successes in representing a beverage manufacturer in class actions regarding the presence of saccharin in soft drinks and obtaining a dismissal of a class action against a cosmetic company relating to trace amounts of lead in cosmetics. Crain’s also cited her for serving on the boards of the Chicago Committee on Minorities in Large Law Firms and the Greater Chicago Legal Clinic.

Trummel, a partner in the firm’s Trial & Global Disputes practice, is an experienced litigator and counselor who has successfully defended numerous putative class actions and other high-stakes litigation matters around the country.
