King & Spalding advised Mitsui Fudosan America on a joint venture to develop a 50-story 1.4 million square foot office tower at 55 Hudson Yards in New York City. Mitsui’s partner is a joint venture between the Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group, which acquired the site from Extell and contributed it to the venture. The total project cost is over $1.4 billion.
