Zev Beeber is an associate in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Beeber also regularly advises clients on a broad range of strategic technology transactions, including professional service, distribution, reseller, and intellectual property licensing agreements. He is a member of the firm's Emerging Company and Venture Capital, Technology Transactions, and FinTech specialty groups.

Mr. Beeber works with companies, entrepreneurs and investors across a wide range of industries, including enterprise software, software and cloud infrastructure, fintech, cybersecurity, e-commerce, hardware, life sciences, government services and healthcare. He is a frequent writer on startup, fintech, technology, and securities law topics, with publications in both academic journals and practitioner-oriented sources.

Mr. Beeber earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he achieved Dean's List. During that time, he externed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance and served as an editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review. Previously, he was a senior research analyst with Gartner, Inc. and CEB Inc., where he advised corporate finance leaders of Fortune 500 and midsized companies on critical business objectives.
