Wonnie is an associate in King & Spalding's Atlanta office and a member of the firm’s Real Estate & Funds practice group. Wonnie's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formations, secondary transactions, and M&A and general corporate matters for private companies and private equity funds. She has also represented public companies, financial institutions, and other clients in a wide variety of strategic transactions, including M&A and financing matters.
Wonnie received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. In law school, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law and was the recipient of the 2019 Paul C. Weiler Endowed Sports Law Scholarship.
