Tim Lee litigates high-stakes business cases with an emphasis on contract disputes, business torts, and class actions. He has particular expertise in litigating contract termination and force majeure disputes, as well as in defending clients in class actions asserting consumer fraud, RICO, and Medicare Secondary Payer Act claims. A partner in the firm's Trial and Global Disputes practice, Tim has experience representing clients through all stages of litigation, including trial and appeal.
Previously, Tim served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia, gaining broad investigatory and trial experience. While at the U.S. Attorney's Office, he successfully prosecuted criminal cases involving bank fraud, money laundering, identity theft, violent offenses, child exploitation, and other complex criminal matters.
Following law school, Tim served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lisa Godbey Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and the Honorable Susan H. Black of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
