Theresa specializes in complex business litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution with a focus on trade secrets, contract disputes, and business torts (including fraud, interference, and negligence).Theresa brings a practical, results-oriented approach to legal challenges, combining deep legal knowledge with a clear understanding of business priorities and time-sensitive demands.
Theresa has successfully litigated cases before Federal District Courts, California Superior Courts, and in arbitration forums including JAMS and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Theresa is a seasoned eDiscovery attorney. With over 20 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and investigations, Theresa specializes in managing electronically stored information (ESI) throughout the discovery lifecycle. Her practice includes leading meet-and-confer conferences, negotiating ESI protocols, and overseeing document review and production in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Theresa represented clients in complex commercial matters. Her experience also includes several years as an Employee Relations Consultant, advising corporate clients on internal investigations, compliance issues, and workplace disputes.
