Taylor Kern is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Taylor is active in the firm’s structured finance practice where she represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors and borrowers in complex finance transactions, including securitizations, capital markets transactions, and other specialty finance transactions. 

Taylor is also committed to pro bono work, including assisting entrepreneurs and startups in the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE) and working with the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta to assist non-profit organizations.
