Suzanne Thompson is an associate in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office and a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Suzanne is a member of the firm’s finance practice where she represents financial institutions, lenders, sponsors and borrowers in leveraged finance and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Suzanne is committed to pro bono work. She is co-chair of King & Spalding's Habitat for Humanity Wills Project and regularly assists clients with legal name changes and applications for Special Immigration Visas, among other projects.

Suzanne graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Suzanne served as a teaching assistant for Professor Usha Rodrigues' Securities Regulation class and Professor Travis Trimble's Legal Writing I and II classes. She welcomed prospective students as a Dean's Ambassador and served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review
