Sunandini Das is a partner in the Corporate, Finance and Investment practice group based in the firm’s Dubai office. She focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and cross-border transactional matters spanning diverse sectors such as technology, financial services, EdTech, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate, logistics and energy. 

Sunandini has practiced in Hong Kong and India and has worked on a broad range of international transactional matters involving the U.S., India, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Middle East, Europe, Latin America, South Korea, South Asia, and Southeast Asia.

She has been recognized as a Recommended Lawyer for Hong Kong for private equity in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific Guide 2021. Sunandini was also awarded the Bronze Award by the Law Society of Hong Kong in recognition of her pro bono and community services in December 2020. 

She is admitted to the New York Bar and the Bar Council of Delhi and was a Registered Foreign Lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. She is fluent in English and Hindi.
