Sophia is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Sophia is an active member of the firm's Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group, and her practice focuses on equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, capitalization, and corporate governance matters.

Sophia received her J.D. and M.B.A. from University of California, Davis where she served as a Senior Articles Editor of the UC Davis Law Review and President of the King Hall Intellectual Property Law Association. Sophia has previous experience supporting the business and customer operations of various emerging and global innovation companies.
