Sam is an associate in the Project Finance and Projects and Infrastructure practice groups and is based in King and Spalding's Abu Dhabi office. Sam has worked in the UAE since 2016 advising local and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and construction issues across the MENA region. 

Sam's experience includes advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects (including schools, rail, shipping, water and renewable and conventional energy), IT outsourcing and public procurement processes.
