Roland Macher is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Finance practice resident in the Charlotte office. Roland is active in King & Spalding’s leveraged finance and real estate practices.

Roland represents financial institutions and lenders in leveraged finance, secured and unsecured lending transactions.

Roland holds a Bachelor’s degree from Radford University and a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Roland spent several years focusing on commercial real estate due diligence. He has experience in reviewing loan and credit agreements, drafting ancillary documents, title documents, property condition assessments, phase I environmental site assessments, as well as zoning and survey documents.

Over the past three years, we closed approximately 600 finance transactions for our clients, amounting to $165 billion in aggregate financing.
