Robert Nussbaum is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s Financial Restructuring practice, based in New York. Robert represents lenders, bondholders and other major creditors as well as debtors and other parties in all aspects of financial restructurings, including chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts.
Robert earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University and his law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Law Review and as President of the Bankruptcy Law Society.
Prior to joining private practice, Robert clerked for the Honorable Margaret Cangilos-Ruiz, Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern District of New York.
