Robert Nussbaum is an associate in King & Spalding’s Financial Restructuring practice, based in New York.  Robert represents lenders, bondholders and other major creditors as well as debtors and other parties in all aspects of financial restructurings, including chapter 11 bankruptcies and out-of-court workouts.

Mr. Nussbaum earned his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Binghamton University and his law degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he served as an editor on the Law Review and as President of the Bankruptcy Law Society.
