Robert Larkin is a litigation attorney who handles high-stakes disputes. He brings experience handling matters involving breach of contract, business control, fiduciary duties, fraud, employment disputes, trade secrets, and qui tam litigation. He has managed cases from initial strategy through trial and brings a practical, results-driven approach to advocacy. Drawing on his prior clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Robert leverages his insight into judicial decision-making to help position cases for success.
Robert represents clients in complex commercial and high-exposure litigation in state and federal courts. He has represented individuals, business owners, and Fortune 500 companies, and understands that each matter requires a strategy aligned with the client's broader business or personal goals.
Robert has handled cases at every stage of litigation—from early assessment and strategic planning through discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial. His experience across the full litigation lifecycle allows him to identify key pressure points early and position cases for their optimal outcomes.
Before joining King & Spalding, Robert practiced at an international law firm in Dallas, representing clients in complex commercial disputes across multiple industries. He also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas where he gained insight into federal procedure and the judicial process, which informs his strategic approach to advocacy.
