Patrick Schumann is a Partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments group, based in London. His practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency.
Patrick has broad experience advising clients on complex cross-border restructurings, formal insolvencies and distressed debt situations. His clients include investment funds, banks, insolvency practitioners, agents and borrowers.
Patrick has acted on a number of high-profile restructurings in a variety of sectors, including energy, construction and commodities. He also has experience in banking and structured finance transactions, in particular in collateral debt obligations, derivatives and leveraged financings.
