Patrick Schumann is a Partner in King & Spalding’s Corporate, Finance and Investments group, based in London. His practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency.
Patrick has broad experience advising clients on complex cross-border restructurings, formal insolvencies and distressed debt situations and has acted on a number of high profile restructurings in a variety of sectors, including energy, construction and commodities.
His clients include asset managers, banks, insolvency practitioners, creditors, contract counterparties and debtors. He also has experience in banking and structured finance transactions, in particular in leveraged financings, structured products as well as derivatives.

Acted for Turkish construction conglomerate Yuksel Insaat in restructuring its $200m high yield bond by way of a Part 26 scheme of arrangement.
