Nika Silva is a Senior Associate specializing in structured finance in King & Spalding's Finance and Restructuring practice group, and resident in the Abu Dhabi office.  Nika represents issuers, financial institutions, underwriters and institutional investors in a variety of sophisticated US-based asset-backed securitization and structured lending transaction transactions, including 144A and 4(a)(2) issuance platforms and structured private credit.  In particular, Nika serves as issuer’s and borrower’s counsel for data center and fintech clients with their asset-backed securitizations and other financing transactions.

Nika was previously part of King & Spalding’s Los Angeles and New York offices.  Prior to joining King & Spalding, Nika worked in the securitisation department of a Magic Circle firm in London, in-house at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and at leading international firms in the United Arab Emirates and Australia.
