Nick is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group and a member of the firm's Appellate, Constitutional, and Administrative Law team. Prior to rejoining King & Spalding, Nick served as a law clerk for Judge Thomas M. Hardiman of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge Florence Y. Pan of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Nick earned his JD summa cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as an executive editor for The Georgetown Law Journal. He earned his B.A. in history and sociology from Georgetown University, graduating magna cum laude.
