Andrew is experienced in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes. He represents clients in high stakes matters involving patent, trade secrets, and contract disputes. He approaches litigation with a court-tested perspective and a sharp focus on the issues that drive outcomes.
Prior to joining King & Spalding, Andrew clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and practiced intellectual property and complex commercial litigation in the Dallas office of another global law firm. During law school, Andrew interned for state appellate and federal district courts, represented journalists and media groups in SMU's First Amendment Clinic, and won a moot court competition. Andrew also has an undergraduate degree in creative writing.
