People

Molly Haren is a senior associate in the Corporate, Finance and Investment practice group at King & Spalding. Molly represents clients in private merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, the structuring and formation of private equity and investment funds, and general corporate governance matters. In addition, Molly represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including development, joint venture negotiation, acquisitions and dispositions, and in financing and refinancing.

Molly received her law degree, with high honors, from Emory University School of Law where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an Executive Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal and as a Dean’s Teaching Fellow. In addition, she participated in the interdisciplinary TI:GER program and volunteered with the Volunteer Clinic for Veterans. Molly earned her B.S. in Public Policy, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
