Megan's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions and general corporate matters.
Megan Larsen is an Associate in King & Spalding's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Megan's corporate transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and complex commercial transactions. This work has included advising government contracting companies in a variety of contexts, including counseling, mergers & acquisitions, and negotiations of complex agreements. Megan also assists clients on a broad range of technology transactions matters.
Megan works with companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital investors, and strategic corporate investors and acquirers across a range of sectors, including enterprise software, software and cloud infrastructure, fintech, financial services, data analytics, cybersecurity, e-commerce, hardware, government services and logistics and supply chain management.
Megan recently completed a secondment at a leading international government services and consulting company.
Megan earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as a member of The Tax Lawyer, and was an Institute of International Economic Law Fellow.
