He has represented clients in high-value arbitrations against commercial entities and governments. Mark has an in-depth knowledge of the industry, and understands the challenges that infrastructure investors and companies routinely face across all sectors.
He has acted in cases for owners and for contractors, for and against state parties, in sophisticated commercial disputes that often involve complex technical issues, difficult points of local and international law, joint venture participations and sub-claims among groups of contractors—including contentious termination issues. He has represented clients under various jurisdictional rules including the LCIA, SIAC and the AAA.
