Mark is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and is a member of the Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group.  Mark's practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters.
