Laurent Bensaid is Managing Partner of the Paris office and a member of the firm's Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Laurent has extensive experience in public mergers & acquisitions and private equity.

He advises domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and investment banks on a broad range of corporate transactions (including LBOs, tender offers, PIPES and Public-to-Private deals).

Laurent has developed a practice in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, telecommunications, energy, financial services and new technologies. He has been recognized as a leading French M&A lawyer and rising star by various publications.
