Laurent Bensaid is a partner based in Paris in our Corporate, Finance and Investments practice. Laurent has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions (including equity and debt offerings).

He advises domestic and foreign companies, private equity funds and investment banks on a broad range of private and public corporate transactions (including tender offers, PIPES and Public-to-Private deals).

Laurent has developed a practice in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, telecommunications, energy, financial services and new technologies.
