People

Kent Lindsay specializes in resolution of complex construction and engineering disputes.  For more than 30 years, Kent has represented owners, contractors, and engineers on some of the largest construction projects in the world, including oil and gas projects, power plants, utility scale renewable energy projects, railways, tunnels, bridges, highways, marine construction, process plants, chemical and pharmaceutical plants, and general building projects. Kent has more than 35 years experience in international and domestic arbitration, litigation in State and Federal courts, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Kent also has significant experience advising on project structuring, and drafting and negotiating construction documents for owners, lenders, contractors, and other project participants.  He often provides counsel during the course of projects. assisting in addressing issues before they become disputes. 

Kent is recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and has been an integral member of construction practices recognized three times by Chambers USA as Law Firm of the Year - Construction.
