Johanna Baccarani is an associate in King & Spalding's Tax practice in the Paris office.

Before joining King & Spalding, Johanna worked for Reinhart Marville Torre and Deloitte law firms.

Johanna earned her Master degree in Tax Law from Descartes University and her Specialized Master in Corporate Finance and Management from ESCP Europe business school.

She is fluent in French and English with a conversational level in Spanish.
