Joel Brand is an associate in King & Spalding’s project finance practice group, where he represents financial institutions, private equity funds, sponsors, borrowers and lenders in a variety of finance transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Joel worked in the finance practice of a large international law firm in New York, New York.
