Jason Peters specializes in the acquisition and sale of private companies, finance and real estate. As a partner in our Private Equity and Real Estate practices, Jason represents buyers, sellers, borrowers, private equity sponsors and lenders in a wide array of corporate transactions.
Jason represents private equity firms, hedge funds, borrowers, lending institutions and companies in numerous industries, including energy, metals, pulp and paper, packaging, wood products, construction, renewable energy, environmental services, oilfield equipment, trading and distribution, and restaurants, in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. These commercial transactions include mergers and acquisitions, asset-based loans, mezzanine loans and second lien transactions securing oil and gas properties as well as other asset types.
In real estate, Jason represents buyers and sellers of raw land and income-producing properties; landlords and tenants in commercial leases; and lenders and borrowers in real estate acquisitions, construction and term loans, and related transactions. He also has extensive experience in negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes.
