Jake Harris is an associate in the Atlanta office of King & Spalding and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance and Investments practice group. Jake's practice focuses on fund formation and offerings, joint venture formation, and general corporate matters for public and private companies and private equity funds.

Jake earned his J.D., with high honors, from the Emory University School of Law, where he served as a Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal, and his M.B.A. from the Goizueta School of Business at Emory University, where he served as a board member of the Real Estate Private Equity Board. In addition, he earned a Certificate in Transactional Law and served as a student attorney in the Turner Environmental Law Clinic. Jake earned his B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
