Jack Capers is a partner focused on corporate transactions for companies in the technology and life sciences industries. He advises these companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, strategic alliances and strategic investments, complex in-licensing and out-licensing transactions, collaboration and development agreements, and commercial contracts.
He also represents clients in the consumer products, retail, industrial and manufacturing, real estate, food and beverage, telecommunications and transportation industries in corporate transactions.
