Emily Yonan is a member of King & Spalding's Trial and Global Disputes group. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court.
Emily received her JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law where she served as the Managing Editor of the Washington University Law Review and led numerous student organizations. Prior to joining King & Spalding, Emily worked as an assistant district attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. Johnston in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
